This is for assighment #7

Which category of Canadian Personalities interested you the most? Did you like the "we inspired", "we founded", "we fought", "we built" or "we governed" section the best? Why?

A)I liked "we founded"because they did really kind things that I think is really important. For example, helping children live with out their parents.

B) Which personality interested you the most? Why?

The best personality I found really interesting was Lotta Hitschmanova.I like her because she helped take care of children without their parents. She also founded the canadaian aid agency.I find that really important that some children need someone to take care of them. suggest three more influential Canadian personalities that could be added to this site. Why did you choose these people? Which categories would they fit into C) I suggest David Foster because he composed the best music in all the artists music. The other person I suggest is David Suzuki because he has so much knowlodge and cares about the enviroment. The other person I chose is Rick Hansen because he did so much things for people with disablities. 6.The person I have so much in common with is Harriet Tubman. answer the following question:
d.) Which History-Maker did you have the most in common with? Were you able to figure it out from the clues given? What do you share with that person? What are some things that are different between you and that person
7.The things I have in common with Harriet Tubman were on my free time i listen to music and so does she.The other thing was that I would fight for people's rights so does she.The thing I have different about her was that she was a solider and wasn't allowed to go to school,But me I was always allowed to go to school. One hundred years from now, (in 2109!) imagine that students are learning about Canadian History Makers and they discover you. What will you be remembered for? How were you a Canadian History Maker? You are using your imagination, so think about some things that you would like to accomplish in your life and imagine that you have all the accomplishments of your life to look back on. Write a short profile of yourself, imagining the contributions you have made to the future of Canada. (Write this as though you've lived your whole life. You may have been a phenomenal athlete, the first black Prime Minister, cured cancer...use your imagination!) 8.things I would like to be remebred for are to stop racism. The other thing I would like to be remebred for are that,if I can stop the wars and keep the world in peace. There are many things I would like to remebered for,for example to make everybody together and make them realize that were all the same. I think that I will bw a history maker because I will also help kids get to school and give the girls freedom.

Sophia Burthen Pooley lived on a british rule and got freedom in 1834.Sophia was a native from Fishkill,New York. She was a daughter of slaves Oliver and Dihana Burthen. When Sophia was still a young child her owner's sons in law "daniel outwaters" and "Simon Knox kidnapped her and her sister to Upper Canada.

Joseph Brant bought Sophia and she worked for him and his family. She also travelled with them.Brant divided the time between Mohake,Ancaster and preston.(countries).Sophia lived with Brant for 12 or 13 years until he sold her to Samuel Hatt for one hundred dollars. Then Sophia gained her freedom 1834, she married Robert Pooley and they lived in Waterloo. When Sophia grew older she lived with various famlies in Queen's Bush sattelment.

I've almost seen everybody's blogs and they're all really good.I chose 1 that I really liked and that was emily's.She wrote,"I think in a 100 years from now there will be way more interracial babies and the countries aren't able to start wars if the prime minsters were interracials".I liked what she wrote because I really agree with her. Also, there was a lot of other things I liked about her blog.

hey, today mrs.pollock was talking to us about the halocoast. Also,a survival came to talk to us about that. While mrs.pollock was telling us about the things that happened there I was soo shocked. It was very disturbing too.I was thinking who do something like that. You judge people by they're skin colour or they're religon. So that was very shocking.

I think in a hundred years from now a lot of things will change. The first thing that I think will happen is scientists will probbly invent cars, trains, buses, planes, and everything that transfers to transfer in milk instead oil.The other thing is maybe people in U.S will respect black people a bit more. Also,I think there will be more preisdents that are female. In addition,I think there will be less wars, because, people have nothing to argue about. That will happen because people already can invent a lot of different things. The other thing I think will also happen is maybe when people have invented things to go with milk, the countries who only have the oil to keep they're country with a good raputaion. So that will lower them down.On the other hand the people with the most milk will have the most money and will control how the want to sell the milk.I also think that Isreal will have more than only one countrie because there are some countries that are on a war against Isreal. So,Isreal might own more than just one country.I think that maybe, when there is more women that are presidents there will even less wars.
